Add a proximity filter for views using the partially computed greater circle algorithm documented in the source code comments.

Sub. I may get to do some work on the options presented above in the next week, if there is any movement on proximity from say cities/zipcodes I'd love to hear about it.

I'm making this thread up as there is still no actual solution after tested the proximity filter module - doesn't seems to be maintained
