nicebooks/isbn composer issue

This releases fixes a composer related issue: running composer update updated nicebooks/isbn to 0.7.x, but that version appears to be incompatible with this module. This is fixed by allowing 0.6.x as the maximum version for now. Support for 0.7.x will be added in a future release: #3576931: Add support for nicebooks/isbn 0.7.
