Can only add items to Navigation now

Hi,

I installed the module and applied the patch as described in the forum, but now all my primary links are gone, and while the primary links menu appears on the "menus" page, I can't add items to it (the drop-down box only has "Navigation"). I tried creating a new menu, and that doesn't appear in the drop-down box either. Any suggestions for how to fix it? Thanks!
