This would allow multiple developers to work on a rerouted site and still check that valid messages were generated.

If you have this as an option (i.e. off by default, can be enabled), I will include it if you create a patch for it.

http://drupal.org/project/advanced_mail_reroute and http://drupal.org/project/mail_logger do what this asks already
