Autoresponder's 'Messages' page does not contain buttons to add a Message...

... which is counter intuitive. The same goes for the Sets page - no ability to add a new Set.
IMHO the Add Message and Add Set Buttons should be moved from admin/settings/autoresponder to the Messages and Sets pages respectively.
