As mentioned in http://drupal.org/node/236128#comment-794573, with the ability to "Show detailed descriptions on the Glossary page," I think the links for those terms that have nodes associated should still link to the glossary term page rather than "taxonomy/term/xxx."

I'm also not crazy about the "Detailed description" terminology.
