Hi
I'd like the Glossary module to create the taxonomy/term/% instead of the Glossary/term/% in some vocabularies. Is this possible? [I think I've got it with older versions, but not with this one]

You'll need to clarify this request. Currently, if there are nodes tagged with a glossary term, then it does generate a "taxonomy/term" link rather than a "glossary/term" link, although http://drupal.org/node/242687 suggests changing this. There is an option to include all teaser texts with the term when it is displayed by "glossary/term" and I think this is a "sexier" way to go.

You're completely right, and it works fine for me. I didn't understand why sometimes I had a glossary/term and others the taxonomy/term. I have it clear now. And thanks for the module. Really useful to me!

So I assume you'd rather that the other issue implements a setting to do what is suggested? Perhaps a comment in the issue would help me remember this when I get to it.
