I had Quiz working just fine. It contained 22 questions. Later, I added 6 more for a total of 28 questions. Now, the quiz still "works", but it starts with Question #3 of 30 questions. Well, there are only 28 questions, so I don't understand why it is saying there are 30. And I certainly cannot understand why it starts with #3.
When I go to MANAGE QUESTIONS, I see:
(1) for "Questions 'always' on this quiz", the value is (0)
(2) for "Number questions to randomize", the value is (2)
(3) for "Questions 'random' on this quiz", the value is "No questions found"
(4) for "Questions 'never' on this quiz", the value is "No questions found"
I am not able to change the "Number of questions to randomize" and if I am supposed to see my questions on this page, I don't.
When I go to MANAGE QUESTIONS, I see:
# of Random Questions: 2
Shuffle?: Yes
Feedback: At the end of the Quiz
Number of takes: Unlimited
Quiz start/end: This Quiz is always available.
Pass / fail and summary options
Percentage needed to pass: 80
Summary text if the user passed: Congratulations! You have identified at least 80% of these fish correctly. That means you're dangerous - from a fish's point of view. Now, go out and 'ketch some!
Default summary text: No text defined.
Quiz Questions: No questions found.
Any Suggestions? Perplexed.

westwesterson commentedI think it is a problem with the migration from quiz 1.x to 2.x. The old system had a problem with the number of questions. I am assuming that this is the quiz from the old system. Since the questions seem to be fine and there are 28 of them, i would create a new quiz and attach those questions to it. You can attach questions from other quizzes to your quiz so there is no need to create the questions over again. The numbering should be right then.
If this doesn't work then there may be a new bug which I haven't come across yet.
The old version quiz 1.1 is really buggy. Which is why i recommend the 2.0beta version. Quiz 2.0beta2 has a few problems but not nearly as many compared to 1.1.

Kevin10EC commentedThanks! Actually, I was going to try that (creating a new quiz and attaching the "old" questions). However, when I started to create the new one, I was lost when I tried to figure out how to "import" the "old" questions. Could you please outline the steps I would take. Thanks! Kevin

westwesterson commentedcreate the quiz, then the manage questions tab should have a list of questions at the bottom. They should be marked never, change them to one of the other options save then you should have the quiz properly working

Kevin10EC commentedUnfortunately, whenever I try to create a new quiz, there are no questions listed. For "Questions Always", "Questions Random" and "Questions Never", it says "No Questions Found". So that is why I am stuck :-(
