Would it be possible to get webcomic so you could chose whether you have the image module uploaded or work with CCK imagefield, reason being I had a terrible time with the image module as it wouldnt let me upload galleries so I used the cck method with custom pagers to create galleries and this worked perfectly.

So would love to be able to have a chance to work with CCK imagefield instead of the image module? As it gives a lot more freedom of choice.

Well Kerry, Eaton had mentioned that he intended to go for CCK and Views when going for the D6 port of Webcomic. Let me knock around a bit on this. :)

If we can get it done with the CCK and Views API, then I think we don't need to depend on the Image module, and the result would be more robust.
