I don't have a Localizer taxonomy module in my module list (Drupal 5.7).

I have all the other modules normally (Localizer menu, Localizer node, Localizer user, etc)

In the core module list though, I have the following module instead of the regular taxonomy module :

Taxonomy (Localizer) 5.x-3.3

which seems to imply the Localizer taxonomy module is installed.

The problem is I don't see any possibility for translating terms.

under content management there should be a new menu entry -> localizer strings translation, here you can translate the taxonomy terms etc
