I'd like to see some sort of notifications given out to site admins of applications. I had this installed on a large site of mine for some time and never noticed the User Management page to go to til now and there were TONNES of ones waiting to be approved.
An email notification would be ideal...or even a site message similar to a new private message waiting for you....

This is kinda the same request as http://drupal.org/node/212540 "Actions integration". And since Actions are handled in 6 differently, it looks like the maintainer suggests it will be in the 6.x version of this module. :)
