Hi,
I need someone that is capable to do some optimization job our site next week or this weekend.

What do we need?

* go through the log and solve all the errors and make sure the root of the problem is solved.
* create a dev website on the server to work on.
* make the backup to do backups every day instead of every week.
* work with Yslow

you need to use drupal cache, there are some modules available to help drupal cache : block_cache, fastpath_fscache, memcache
use javascript aggregator to optimize js file http://drupal.org/project/javascript_aggregator

check your 'top' result and see what process take a lot of your server resource

use eaccelerator to optimize php code http://eaccelerator.net

optimize mysql configuration http://drupal.org/node/85768
use tuning-primer.sh and see its result, download from http://www.transcendlinux.com/mysql-performance-tuning
distribute mysql process

optimize apache configuration
put .htaccess to apache directive
set maxclient, maxrequestsperchild
enable mod_gzip to optimize page size
set fileetag : FileETag None

buy better hardware :-)
