Allow to edit posts to owner

Is it possible to allow to the owner of topic edit it but not move it to other forum nor delete it?
I think that it is useful to separate permissions for edit, edit own, delete, delete own and move, isn't it?

With default drupal permissions I can allow user to edit his post, but he will be able to move it to the other topic (change catrgory) and even delete it. Deletion will completle remove all comments for this topic... I think it is not good :(
