Coding style fix [#248989]

Well, I can't say it was the most interesting hour in my life. But I am waiting for a flight so...
Used coder to go over all the modules and fixed all coding styles coder marked.

Nice waste of time

I'm in the middle of fixing bugs (= code changes) if I have to merge the patch I can start bug fixing double lines and so on...
I know that the (sometimes unreadable) code isn't as it should be, trust me, it's sometimes a horrible legacy :(

I'm first debugging (and it is handy if the debug patches are matching the current code style...), then I'm planning code cleanup, and then a drupal 6 version.

So please don't post code style fix patches!
