Divided content block

Can anybody introduce me a good theme with divided content block into at least 2 right and left blocks, or divided into 3 or 4 sub-blocks? I mean a theme like news and newspapers website which has many parts for new and popular topics and so on.
Or please help me to divide the content block into subblocks myself.
