Issue Summary
Is there a way to set up Acidfree to create a new subfolder for each new photo (or video) album that a user creates? There will be thousands of files in my albums in a relatively short time, and having them all stored in one large directory will be a file management nightmare. I absolutely love Acidfree and don't want to embed Gallery2 unless it's absolutely necessary.
So if Acidfree can't do this on its own or with the help of another module, please consider this a feature request.
Thanks for your help and for Acidfree albums!
Colin

I still love Acidfree albums and would really like to see this implemented.

The problem is that acidfree doesn't create the images or videos - they are created by the image or video modules, and those modules control how they are uploaded. By the time acidfree sees them they are already stored.
I'll leave this open (my own site has thousands of images, so I understand your pain) but it's going to be a very low priority, particularly since images can be moved from album to album.

Downgrading severity.
