I have the "Troll" and "Inactive Users" modules installed simultaneously. I have banned a user who keeps receiving messages from the "Inactive Users" module and would like the ability to not have banned or blocked users receive any messages from the "Inactive Users" module. Perhaps give admins the ability to designate the type of users (Active) who will receive such messages.

I no longer support this module. Not enough time. Perhaps if someone else finds it useful, they will step up and become the maintainer.

Latest version of the module is sending emails to 'blocked' users, which is how we ban people - by blocking their access, but now they have all got emails asking them to come back!
