Were having some issues using the date module and arguments. When a view has a date argument specified, and the "Default" is set to "Summary, sorted descending" the change is not honored. The dates in this case are summarized by month, and then ordered from further back in time (smaller) to more recent dates (larger) when they should be more recent dates down to further back in time.

I can get the list to sort the correctly if i set a Sort order on the nodes for the view then set the "Default" to "Summary, sorted as view". However, when this is done duplicates in the summary appear.

Anyone else notice this? Is this expected behavior?

Thanks.

I'm not making changes to the 5.1 version. I'm officially recommending you move to the 5.2 version now. If you have problems in that version you can check for existing issues or add new ones. Feature requests are now getting posted to the D6 version to be back-ported to 5.2.

See if things work as you expect in the 5.2 version.

This behavior is still happening in 5.2.
