newsletters send failed

Hi everyone.

I couldn't make my simplenews module working...

Found few things missing and fixed them - now I am able to send.

What was missing:

In vocabulary settings (for "Newsletter" vocabulary) none of content types were assigned - so I assigned it to be compulsory for "Newsletter Issue" content type and it is now working fine.
