Please create new project for Gaeilge / Irish Gaelic (ga) translation, general.po attached

Please create a new project page for a Drupal Irish (Gaeilge) translation. Language code is "ga".

Most of the user interface in general.po is translated, more to follow.

I've mostly used Focal.ie, the official terminology database for the Irish language (I'm a member of the Focal.ie project team).

I am happy to be the project maintainer, it would be great if I could be given CVS access also if that's possible.
