Both admin items have the same name

Description

Both items in the Admin menu are called 'web links', which can be confusing.
I appreciate it's not easy to think of two different page titles in this case....
Best I can come up with is 'Web links' and 'Web links options', which isn't much of an improvement.

Maybe other users will have ideas :)

The one under "Content" should be "Weblinks Overview" with a description of "Overview and maintenance of weblinks categories."

And, IMHO, the "Add Weblink" tab shouldn't be there.
