"none" should be listed in $hierarchy->lineage when it is selected, not "label_0"

Title says it all. Does not cause any visible bugs. Was discovered while working on http://drupal.org/node/235932, in which it will cause an invalid client-side cache (it causes lookups to the server every time the "none" option is selected). Needs to be fixed in _hierarchical_select_hierarchy_generate().
