Hello,
I just installed Flickr module in my Drupal 6.2 website, created an API key for my Flickr account and configured the key, shared secret and username correctly. Unfortunately when I chose to display a Flickr block let's say on the Right side nothing shows up. I tryed to display the block at other places but it will never appear...
Am I doing something totaly wrong ? I can't find any documentation neither for this module.
Regards

jfuzzy commentedAre you entering your user ID correctly on the block configure page? You get it from your API information on the Flickr site. Mine was some numbers and a symbol, not my flickr screen name.

elsvandeveire commentedHi, I'm having the same problem. The Flickr module has been installed, all modules are enabled, permissions are ok, API key, shared secret and ID as well... But still, nothing is showing up at my site... I'm using Drupal6, and I've downloaded the 6.version. Thank you so much for your help!

blowski commented[Bump] - Me too. I've done the following:
* Obtained an API key and shared secret
* Entered all information on the Flickr API setup page
* Entered (and checked) my API key and shared secret in Drupal
* Entered both username and user ID
No combination is working. I checked on the Flickr API stats page, and it says no calls have been made using my API key.
A couple of development ideas:
* Put some form of 'API check' (I appreciate this may not be possible) to establish if the key and secret match.
* Put a 'block preview' to establish whether it's working.
Any help for fixing this will be greatly appreciated as I'm rubbish at coding with APIs!

blowski commentedOh this fixed it for me:
On the Flickr settings page, don't put any user ID or name. Just add it to the block configuration page instead - now it's display the photos fine.

chrissearle commentedI only see fields to enter it on the flickr settings page - no flickr specific fields on the block page - this is on e.g. admin/build/block/configure/flickr/0
In other words - not sure where you are :)

chrissearle commentedOK - some flickr blocks have it, some not - found it and for the ones that have it - adding the ID did help.
