Misplaced widget for users not allowed to rate

Despite the admin setting, the fivestar widget will automatically be displayed below the node in node view if the user is not allowed to vote.

For example, in the content type setting, I set "Full node display" to "Clickable widget above node body". I also enable user permission to rate for authenticated users only. If an unauthenticated user views a node (full node display), despite my setting above, the widget will still be displayed below the node body.
