i have installed h_s 5.x-3.x-dev(on blank site) and:
JQuery Interface Library 5.x-1.0
JQuery Update 5.x-1.0

when both jquery is enabled, h_s select box allows to select only top term - child term select box doesn't show.
when i disable JQuery Interface Library, all is ok.

for nodes, that have cck date field with jquery pop-up calendar i can't use both h_s and calendar :)
is it way to solve this issue?

may be it will help you, but in version, that i've downloaded 3 day before, there wasn't this error(but select box freezes :) )
