At the moment GCG creates a separate vocabulary for each country. Would be nice to keep it in a single vocabulary like "world"

This was the first solution, but in case of few hundred different addresses the vocabulary (I mean the select field) comes unmanageable.

I believe we could use in that case hieararchical select. Designed exactly for such situations :)
