OG and Panels documentation?

Firstly, congratulations on a set of amazing new releases. Panels seems to extend OG massively.

The only issue is that as a non-Panels user, I'm trying to get my head around it. I've watched the screencast about using it on groups.google.com but was wondering if there are any tutorials/screencasts about setting up the new OG (inc Panels2) on other websites?

I've looked around and can't seem to find any.
