I am working on a site and having problems with removing the "Add new Comment" link on the expanded view of my news stories. I would like this replaced with the comment submission form, to eleminate the need for the link. I am not sure where to start on this I have dug around the API quite a bit but have had no luck.

Scroll down the bottom, there's a fieldset named "Comment Settings", its all there, , same for all content types, fyi.

PS: glance to the bottom "Location of comment submission form..."
