Can you please design a language-selection drop down box or filter on the administration pages of menus and taxonomy?
I have 7 languages on my site and I use Primary Links as the source for my secondary links, so as you can imagine there are 100s of menu items in total in the Primary Links menu. Also I will probably have a similar situation for taxonomy. It would we great if you could filter the view to show the taxonomy items or menu items for one language at a time.
I think this would be a common request if bigger internationalised sites move to Drupal / i18n.
Thanks.

mohammed76hi.
I would second such request, as I think it makes administering multilingual sites easier.
imho, I think this should be also done wherever multilingual variables are present in the administration pages, like site configuration / site information for the site name, slogon, and footer. this is already included in core for the contact form.
thanks.

fletchgqc commentedYeah, I agree.
In your last sentence do you mean the content page?
askibinski commentedI know that - as a workaround - many use different menu's for different menu's to avoid this problem.
But I still see this problem a lot in the issue queue (also related to ordering menu-items). Is it still not possible to have the admin edit screens only show menu items in his current chosen language? This also affects drop-downs like node-references.
