BUEditor is pretty awesome, and would be even better if it had an asset insert button that integrated with Asset module. Given its modular architecture, it seems this shouldn't be too hard to implement. Any takers? If I end up doing this myself I'll post a patch, of course.

I came to the issue queue to ask the same question. Would be TERRIFIC to integrate the two. I'd be happy to test patches.
