on faq setting-->Categories, check "Categorize questions" (which is required by faq_ask module), the /faq page will be messed up. It seems that an additional closing for div is needed on faq-category-questions-top-answers.tpl.php after Close div: faq_category_group. at least it fixed thing on my faq page.
