Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-6:

• #254334 - fixed issue with line breaks in the strings
• #249656 - fixed issue where a couple of strings weren't in t() calls.
• #268433 - applied patch provided by btsukuda which splits the layouts into different include files
• #257614 - fixed issue with categorized question layouts causing problems in some themes due to a missing closing div.
• #254334 - updated de.po translation file provided by rastatt
• Tidied up js code (ran through jsLint)
• Added check_markup() around term descriptions.
• Updated translation template file.
