Looks good. Except one of the comment cleanups in blog.test affects comments that just need taking out - because they're wrong. I've merged in the changes from ksenzee's patch at http://drupal.org/node/251225#comment-821938 to just take these out in the one patch. Although I've made changes it's only moving stuff around, so marking to RTBC, and credit should go to Senpai and ksenzee, not me.
