Can you ad a text field in which a user can, when creating a deployment plan, add descriptive text about that deployment plan? notes that correspond to the config work included, any potentially important testing, code release tag or project milestone?

Also can a deployment plan contain the following metadata:

  • user who creates
  • date created
  • dates used (log of all dates on which the deployment plan has been used)
