We are looking for a competent graphic artist who can design a new theme for our news site - http://www.huliq.com
The old theme is very basic and we are really looking for something more in the vein of a modern news site with a web 2 edge and community feel (we are a citizen journalism site).
We only require the image files (PSD or Fireworks PNG are fine). We will port the theme to Drupal 5.
