Ok I'm missing something. I can't see the apply for jobs. Here's what I've done.
Roles are created.
Access Control: apply for jobs to job seeker role check.. Actually all roles have it checked.
ThenI rebuilt the permissions.
What am I missing?

bramick commentedcareers and resume content types are selected for both job and recruiter

xamountare you using a custom theme? the "apply for this job" link will appear in the links section of the node.....if your theme does not output this section (and some themes may do), the link might not show up. Change to a default drupal theme like Garland and see if the link shows up.

xamountcleaning up issue queue. marking this issue as fixed due to inactivity (plus I have not encountered this problem)

GreyHawk commentedHaving a possibly related issue -- apply for job is appearing for both job seeker and potential employer.
Can the module adjust it so that "apply for job" will only appear for certain job types?

xamountIf you allowed the role of employer to apply for jobs (in the access permissions section), then employers will see the link to apply for jobs.
To answer your questions, yes you can have the link show up for certain job types, but this depends on your criteria for the link showing up. This can be done in the theme layer.
