Abhishek Kumar (kukku_kaushik http://drupal.org/user/102281/track) is carpet-bombing threads in the Paid services forum with the same message (eg http://drupal.org/node/180555#comment-842692). I've send two emails to this user, asking him to provide some value on the forum at least, the last one with an invitation to discuss.

His account should be blocked if he continues.
