you have the icons linked as defaults for node, etc, but none are in the download. i see some in the CVS tree, but i can't really tell which tree is even the most up-to-date (i know, cvs sucks).

or is this drupal.org suckiness?

Errrrgh. Looks like when I built out the latest version I forgot to include the default node images. Still new to CVS access. I'll add them into the version and republish it. Nice catch.
