hover over effect or slideshow per created node? possible?
Dear fellow Drupallers,
I have a site live and use cck and image field and image cache to show my custom created nodes.
I would like to have some sort of slideshow on each created custom node in any way possible.
This can be:
- a "hover over" effect for my thumbnails so when hovering over them the larger image will show in a different div
- slideshowpro integration
- couloir slideshow
- carousel
- anything that works basically
I've tried thickbox and lightbox, they cover my entire page which is very cool and nice but they center the image and interfere with my flash elements and even in some cases hide the actual image. If you know how to overcome this, please let me know...
please help me out here, I have little knowledge of php but I have no clue how to do this. .
I've been searching for this for a very long time now and there doesn't seem a module that handles this in a breeze.
Correct me here if I'm wrong (please) and hopefully we'll get to a solution that a lot of other people can make use of too.

a good example of how it could be is the use of iframes I guess a bit like in these websites where they sell stock photos or web design templates... you know the kind. That would be perfect.
Views Slideshow
You might set up a view with Views Slideshow, which will work out of the box, and can be fairly easily customized beyond that. If you want to do something more custom, you might go with jCarousel, although it takes work to get that set up properly. There are plans to hook them together eventually.
