This is a documentation issue.

Piwik does not allow us to call their JSON data with a jsoncallback=? yet. This is why you get XML errors in Firefox and security warnings in IE. This needs to be fixed in Piwik first and then we must add this extra param to all URLs calling the remote JSON data.
