The module resets the DB back to its original state at the defined interval then uses the same core files as before. The files wouldn't have changes so it wouldn't make sense to replace the files themsevles.
If I understand correctly, this isn't a sandbox tool as much as it is a backup and restore tool, correct? Is there a way I can tinker around with the site with the snapshot visible to users, while special users can check out the changes I've made?
