hi,
how can i enable telugu language typing to text areas, while creating content in pages, story, book pages..etc. And is there any telugu transalatable interface.

andy inman commentedFirstly add your language to the system at (your-site)/admin/settings/locale/language/add - this is the case for any language you want to use other than the default language. Then you should be able to use Language Sections with the appropriate language code for Telugu (I don't know what the language code is).
It would seem that a a Telugu translation for Drupal already exists, as the language appears as a selectable option on the "Add Language" page (url above). You can add to that translation yourself with suitable tools. Possibly this thread may be of help - http://drupal.org/node/30465

addendum: apparently the correct language code is 'te' - http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/IG/ert/iso639.htm
