It is necessary to download le swf files for Open Flash Chart and FusionChart. So, where? I tried different solutions, no way. I searched doc, nothing.

I spent a lot of time on this, and at this time, only the Google Charts are working. So bad!

Thanks for your help.

Guys,

very sorry for the long waited reply.
for OFCharts, you should use the OFCharts module and follow the instructions.
for Fusion Charts, as Aaron said, you should put them on fusioncharts/swf, inside the module's folder

adding the dependency in the .info file would be very useful. (besides putting a link on the module description page.)

until then, for those who googled to this page, here is the module you need: http://drupal.org/project/open_flash_chart_api

hmmm.
I've verified that I can produce a chart using Charts and Google Charts and now I'd like to try using Fusion Charts.

  • I've downloaded Fusion Charts free from http://www.fusioncharts.com/free/download/
  • I've extracted the archive.
  • I've copied the FusionChartsFree/Charts directory to ./sites/all/modules/charts/fusioncharts/Charts
  • I've renamed the Charts directory to ./sites/all/modules/charts/fusioncharts/swf
  • I've verified that this directory contains the various SWF files (FCF_Area_2D.swf, FCF_Bar2D.swf, ...)
  • I've gone to the admin interface at ./admin/settings/charts
  • Chart plugin option shows only "Google Chart" and "GD Chart"
  • In the code I've tried to set '#plugin' to equal 'FusionCharts', 'fusion', 'fusioncharts' - no luck.

I haven't found any additional documentation for installing, configuring or using Fusion Charts with the Charts module. Any recommendations on how to get it installed and working?

Thanks in advance.

Chris

Just walked pretty much the same steps outlined above. Has support for fusioncharts been removed?
