Custom captions patch

Hey Tomas, thank you, nice work! It's just what i need for one site which i'm workin on right now.

Brilliant Gallery have complied with all demands except one - my clients want have the opportunity to change image's caption.
And also i found that drupal cutts off all cyrillic letters (and probably many other) so i've modified your module and now gallery able to get a file's description from {file_revision} table (if it attached to some node, of course) and use it as Title.
Probably it can be useful for someone.

But it's pity for full working functionality of this feature (several galleries for example), we need a file uploader which can upload files in custom directory.
