Trying to get the 2.x code out the door so that the D6 updates can happen in HEAD.

Bigger changes since the 1.x branch:

#162641 Remove {audio_file}.origname field.
#163245 "Use Token module for teaser and title generation".
#162685 "Combine {audio_file} with {audio} and $node->audio_fileinfo with $node->audio_file".
#186921 Add raw tokens.
