Updated JS and CSS code to latest ThickBox 3.1.

There are some notable fixes and one is about IE6 and wrong box position which is really important.

Works for me. Need community to test it.

Thanks for your interest in the Thickbox module.

The Drupal 6 version of Thickbox already have the 3.1 version. For the Drupal 5 version I will stay with 3.0 for compatibility with the old jQuery version the Drupal 5 comes with.

Ok. Maybe it will be useful for the ones with D5 and jquery_update.
