It may not be related at all, but i activated meta tags on a drupal 6 website, and some 5 hours later the server crashed. After a reboot, a recrash. I've since then de-acitvated meta-tags and things appear to be back to normal. I'll update you on my server issues if it appears meta tags is quite probably to blame or not.
