The 'css selector help' section when adding or editing a font should be already expanded when the page opens. I can't see any reason for this section to be hidden as you always need to open it anyway to access the submit or delete button.

I don't 'get' your point. Attached screenshot shows how this page should look normally. If it looks different for you, then you've successfully found a bug. :)

I have attached 2 screenshots. The second (edit rule 1) is the page which opens when I edit a rule. The first (edit rule 2) is the same page once I click the 'css selector help' hyperlink.

The patch works and also seems to have resolved the issue with the fonts not displaying in the selector field
