Advanced Poll for v6 ?

Hi,
I was very excited to see the advanced poll module, because it's exactly what I need. However, I'm running drupal v6.2 (latest) and it won't run the advanced poll module. Has there been a release for v6? I couldn't find one. If not, are there plans to release one?
