The theme's regions aren't available in the blocks interface because the region declaring function in template.php still has the bluebreeze theme name in it.

To fix this problem you should replace 3 files in theme directory from this archive: http://drupal.org/files/issues/danger4k-5.x-1.2.zip
It also fixes this issue: http://drupal.org/node/282398 and make little visual improvment.
